| 1-1 DEFINITION. |

All tourist flights are subject to conditions defined by
the regulation of the French Direction Générale de
l'Aviation Civile.
|
1-2 RESPONSIBILITY. |
|
Passenger without proper flight ticket will not be accepted onboard.
Flights are under the responsibilty of the pilot. He is the only
one to take decision so as to ensure safe and enjoyable flight,
in accordance with the regulation. To do so, he has full authority
ovet all passengers and can decide to remove all or part of the
equipment, should he estimates it is necessary for the safety, the
cleaning ness and/or the good order if the aircraft. As per the
aeronautic regulations, women pregnant for more than 4 months are
not authorized to attend a flight.

2 PRICES. |
|
All prices are given per passenger and are valid from
january 1st 2004. It includes VAT and insurance during the flight.
|
3-1 TICKET VALIDITY. |
|
Tickets are valid one year from the date of printing.
|
3-2 EXTENSION OF TICKET VALIDITY. |
In case of bad weather conditions, pre-booked flight
can be cacelled by MONTGOLFIERE DU PERIGORD. You must have tried at
least 4 tentative dates to be eligible to an extension of your ticket.
Otherwise the ticket will automatically expire. should you have tried
4 tentative flying dates during the year of your ticket validity,
and extension of 6 months validity will be given automatically ; past
this extension, the ticket will lost its validity and won't be refund.

4-1 CANCELLATION BY
- - -MONTGOLFIERE DU PERIGORD. |
|
In case of bad weather, unsafe conditions or should there be not
enough passengers, MONTGOLFIERE DU PERIGORD keeps the right to cancel
a flight. MONTGOLFIERE DU PERIGORD is not liable for any compensation
(passengers travelling expenses or accomodation cost).

4-2 CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS. |
In case of cancellisation by the customer, within the
72 hours before the sheduled flight or in case of no-show, the ticket
will be considered as used.

5-1 PAYMENT. |
Booking must be pre-paid to be fully registered. Moreover,
booking not fully paid won't have reservation priority. payment of
your ticket is considered as a down payment.

5-2 MEANS OF PAYMENT. |
|
The following means of payment are accepted :
- Cash in Euros.
- Cash in US Dollars.
- French check (bank or postal).
- Foreign check (an extra 30 Euros will be invoiced
- to cover the bank cost).
- Traveller check.

| 5-3 REFUND. |
Only the TOURISTIC and PREMIUM tickets can be refund
; it is refundable if the reservation has been properly cancelled
(see 4-1).
A 20 Euros retention fee will apply.

| 6 INSURANCE. |
Each passenger is insured according to standard liability
of civil aeronautics. People are fully covered according to the Varsow's
Convention of air transport. Carry-on objects and valuable are neither
covered by our insurance company nor by MONTGOLFIERE DU PERIGORD.

| 7 LITIGATION. |
Any litigation, claims, payment default or any difficulty
in relation to our services will be arbitrated by the court of Sarlat
or the one of the Dordogne Region.

| important note |
| We kindly ask passengers to contact us before the flight
to confirm. For the evening flight, please contact us begining of
afternoon the day before the flight. For morning flight, please contact
us begining of afternoon two days before the flight. MONTGOLFIERE
DU PERIGORD will give you the probability of flying according to the
latest weather forecast. |
